Returns & Exchanges

At Wildwood Witch By Freya, we want you to be enchanted by your purchase, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all mystical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
